Welcome to Stanford Hills
The historic Weltevrede Farm is home to Stanford Hills Estate, a mere stone's throw from the quaint village of Stanford. This boutique wine farm, owner managed by Peter and Jami Kastner and their three small boys, has many diverse attractions.
THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING HAPPENING AT STANFORD HILLS!
Hosts to many popular events, including:
The November Stanford Stumble (featured in Country Life October 2012)
The Annual Stanford Hills Barndance (with Baardskeerdersbos Orkes)
The odd intimate dinner in the wine cellar (with makeshift "pop-up kitchen)in barrel cellar.

Activities for kids:
Yes, we have them. These include puddle-jumping, stargazing, marshmallow braaing and throwing pine cones into the dam. There are no playstations, but you can feed the ducks and explore the farm with your kids.
You can do guided horseback riding through the vineyards and fields of Pincushions (Leucospermum), and stop off for a swim in the dam
You can do winetasting, or take a short flight to see the whales and Great White sharks from the farm's private airstrip.
Take a picnic and chill at the dam, see if you can catch a bass.
Or you can just lie in bed and listen to the birds. It's up to you.
STANFORD HILLS....IT'S A LIFESTYLE.
