Jacksons
Pinotage 2016
Our Jacksons Pinotage is a prime example of cool climate Pinotage. After three years in bottle, this wine is still showing lively fruit flavours of red cherries, tomato leaf and fresh plums followed by subtle tertiary characters of tobacco and dried fruit.

Shiraz 2016
This is a beautiful example of cool climate Shiraz. The tannins are silky and rounded with great spice and character on the palate. The nose is rich and full of flavour with hints of tobacco and white pepper that accentuate dark red fruit of blackberries, plum and dark cherries.

Rosé 2021
Pale and fresh, our 2021 Rosé is best enjoyed chilled in both temperature and temperament. Deep red fruit flavours of dark red cherries and currants are prominent with great acidity to back it up.

Sauvignon Blanc 2020
This fresh and lively sauvignon blanc expresses tropical fruit with an alcohol of just 12%! Our vineyards cover two contrasting soil types that help lend to the complexity of this wine; The orange “koffieklip” soils lend richness and texture while the white lime rich clay soils lend tension and a savoury notes.

Chardonnay 2019
Limited production with only 520 bottles made. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in 2.x 225l 3rd fill French oak barrels. Fresh, green apple and brioche rounded out with a fine, rolling texture and excellent balance. A fine example of cool climate Chardonnay.
Veldfire
Cape Blend 2020
A cool climate blend of 85% Shiraz and 15% Pinotage. This is a robust wine with great balance between savoury and fruit flavours. Good spice and weight from the Syrah complimented by fresh, red fruit from the Pinotage. Enjoy with a wide range of dishes or on its own. Dark berries, liquorice and olives give this wine a broody nature while the tannins are still soft and elegant.

Pinotage 2020
Our Veldfire Pinotage expresses its Pinot noir parentage beautifully. It is lively and smooth on the palate with delicate red fruit coming through on the nose; raspberries, cherries and strawberry are all prominent while still maintaining fine structure and balance.

Rosé 2021
A delicious summer drink with strawberries and cream jumping out of the glass. Well integrated acidity and a pale pink hue. Enjoy with salads, fresh fish or on its own.
